Who we are
We have three consultants working across our private practice division, covering the regional recruitment market with particular emphasis on Manchester, Liverpool, the wider North West as well as Leeds and Yorkshire.
We are priveleged to have a large number of PSL relationships across a broad range of firms. We are confident in the service we can deliver, which is underpinned by open and honest advice. Contingent Recruitment
Our expertise is primarily in contingent legal recruitment at all levels from paralegal through to Partner. In general, we focus on fee earning positions but we are always happy to provide advice and support on non-fee earner vacancies. Our experience will allow us to give you the right advice and tap into a network of legal talent matching both experience and personality.
Retained Recruitment
We have experience of working as exclusive provider to law firms on discrete recruitment assignments. This arrangement is often beneficial for a niche, sensitive or confidential role and allows us to invest more time and resource into achieving the best available fit.
Search
We have experience of targeting specific individuals as instructed by you where you require an 'arms length' approach. Alternatively we can provide a comprehensive overview of the market and available candidates at the level you require. This can be particularly effective for senior level vacancies and hard to fill roles.
