Think Legal are working alongside a boutique practice in Leeds who are looking to speak to senior lawyers across a number of different disciplines as they expand their offering in the Yorkshire region.

The firm are particularly interested in speaking to employment and corporate lawyers (however they are open to lawyers with expertise in other areas) who are at large regionals and nationals who are looking for a better work-life balance and a blank canvas to develop their practice.

The practice is new to the Leeds market but has two other successful offices in the North and have a strong reputation.

For the right person this could be a Head of Office role and an exciting opportunity to grow and lead the practice from central Leeds.

Ideal candidates will be well connected in the region and should be able to bring some work with them into a new role, however the firm are open minded about what this looks like and are happy to consider senior lawyers who can put forward a business case with a minimal following.

Well backed financially the firm are in a really strong position to support and help grow the Leeds offering.
