Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Cheshire 

We have an exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a leading North West regional law firm in their Cheshire office. 

The firm has won numerous awards over the last couple of years and is recognised both regionally and nationally, ranked by the Legal 500 and The Times as a top 200 law firm. The firm has also risen through the ranks over recent years and has most recently made exceptional strides towards giving back to their employees. 

The property team are recognised in the Legal 500 for their high quality of work and reputation and this residential property solicitor will be working on the full range of residential property matters, whilst also supporting junior colleagues in the team. Matters will include sales and purchases (with a focus on high net worth matters), leasehold properties and lease extensions, remortgaging, transfer of property portfolios and probate property matters. 

The team have developed brilliant connections and long standing client relationships and so this residential conveyancing solicitor must be experienced with building and maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional technical expertise.
