Regulatory Solicitor NQ - 4 years' PQE

Think Legal are working with a Legal 500 commercial law firm in Leeds city centre who are looking to add a Regulatory Solicitor to their expanding team.

The team is headed by a well-known lawyer in the field who has a great reputation in the Health and Safety regulatory and inquest space. They are listed in the leading directories as being a key figure in regulatory work.

The role has come about due to expansion and growth.

Day to day you will be dealing with a wide range of matters including advising and defending prosecutions from a number of regulatory bodies including the HSE, Environment Agency, CPS, Trading Standards, OPSS and more.

The client list is impressive working with large PLCs and smaller SMEs and owner managed businesses.

The ideal candidate will be between NQ-4 years' PQE and have a background in regulatory and/or business crime work. 

The firm has a good mix of strong commercial lawyers who don't have ego's and is a great alternative vs some of the larger global firms in the city.

There is plenty of scope here for progression too, the team is small and there really is the chance to stand out. The firm are particularly known for promoting from within and for growing their own and have a genuine track record of doing this.
