Real Estate Solicitor (Public Sector) - Senior Associate

Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside a well-known national commercial law firm who looking for an experienced real estate lawyer at senior associate to come in and join their growing team.

The firm are on of the national leaders in this space and the wider team is headed up by a nationally regarded Partner who has a wealth of expertise in public sector work.

The role is in the firm's public sector real estate team which is incredibly buy dealing with a wide variety of real estate work. The bulk of the role will acting for large public sector bodies including large local authorities, government agencies, pensions organisations and more on large scale development, infrastructure and regeneration projects. 

They are highly ranked in the key legal directories and are a great name to have on your CV in this particular area of real estate law.

PQE wise the right candidate will have a minimum of  years experience and good exposure to development and regeneration work. Public Sector experience is preferred but not a necessity for consideration. Experience gained at a strong national practice is ideal, but those having dealt with similar work at a strong regional or boutique would also be considered.
