Real Estate Solicitor - Legal Director & Path to Partner

Think Legal Recruitment are working with a full service, Legal 500 ranked regional commercial law firm in Leeds who are looking to recruit an experienced real estate solicitor into their team at Legal Director level on a pathway to partnership in the short-mid term.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone around 8 years PQE who has an eye on Partnership who is already at Legal Director/Managing Associate level but cannot see a clear pathway at their current firm.

The Leeds real estate team is led by 3 partners. One of the partners is now winding down and there is an opportunity for someone over the next couple of years to really develop and get that partner title.

The right candidate will be an excellent technical real estate lawyer and will have experience of mentoring, supervising and training more junior members of a team. It is expected you will have a strong sense of commerciality and have excellent people skills in order to have good rapport with the team and also from a client relationship perspective.

You will carry your own caseload of matters including asset management, commercial and residential development, and investment work.
