Senior Real Estate Associate - Manchester

Think Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm who are looking to expand their real estate team in Manchester. They are seeking an ambitious, experienced Senior Associate to join a well-regarded and highly collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 5 years plus of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a firm that is known for its dynamic and supportive culture. The team handles a diverse range of high-quality work, specialising in large-scale development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on both public and private sector clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will get hands-on experience working on exciting projects for national and local government bodies, public-private partnerships, and private sector partners. The role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of real estate law, including grant funding, planning, compulsory purchase, subsidy control, commercial, and construction advice.

You will be part of a team that provides a full range of legal services across the real estate sector, working closely with other practice areas and contributing to national and high-profile projects. The firm’s commitment to public sector legal services means you’ll have the opportunity to work on significant and impactful projects that contribute to real-world change.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in real estate regeneration, development, or infrastructure, ideally with some public sector exposure. If you have experience working in either the public or private sector, or have a mix of both, this could be a great fit for you.
