Overview:
A leading global law firm is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Property Lawyer to join their prestigious Energy & Infrastructure Property team in Manchester. This is a key leadership role within the largest and most comprehensive energy and infrastructure property practice in the UK. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in England & Wales, specializing in the real estate aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.

About the Team:
The Energy & Infrastructure Property team is renowned for providing top-tier legal support across a diverse range of high-profile projects, from offshore wind farms to major transport schemes and flood defence initiatives. They work with a varied client base, including landowners, developers, funders, and investors involved in cutting-edge energy technologies and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex energy and infrastructure property transactions.
Provide expert legal advice on energy and infrastructure matters.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to drive business development and secure new opportunities.
Participate in senior leadership activities, including client reviews, product development, and recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with substantial experience in energy and infrastructure property law within a large regional or national law firm. You will possess:
A strong academic background and exceptional technical skills.
Commercial awareness and a proven track record in business development.
A client-focused, outgoing personality.
The ability to collaborate within a dynamic, UK-wide team.
