Think Legal Recruitment are working with a leading Newcastle law firm who are looking for an experienced property litigation lawyer to join their well-established and well-respected team in the city centre.

The firm and department are one of the leaders in the region with 6 in the team and led by 2 excellent Partners who are experts in the field.

The role is ideally suited to qualified property litigators with circa 4-6 years PQE.

The right candidate will have strong experience of carrying their own caseload of property litigation matters and dealing with issues such as possessions, dilapidations, rent reviews, ground rent and service charge recovery, trespass, easements, FTT applications and more. 

The client base here is impressive with national and regional clients including well known high street names, housing associations, and institutional private landlords.
