About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Private Client Lawyer to join our client's friendly and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and a strong background in Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Power of Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters.
Provide expert legal advice on Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, or CILEX.
Proven experience in private client law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A personal interest in the rural community is a bonus but not essential.
