Health and Safety Solicitor - Manchester

We are working with a tier 1 ranked Health and Safety team - known both locally and nationally for their expertise in this work.  They are looking to appoint an additional Solicitor into the Manchester office, to handle high profile cases for both insurer and corporate clients.  The quality and range of work is exceptional for a Solicitor to enhance and develop their career in this area.

This Regulatory team is ranked highly in the North West and nationally.  The team are specialists in Health and Safety work - working with a range of clients on top quality and high profile instructions.  Work includes the defence of investigations and criminal prosecutions brought by regulatory bodies, and advising on a wide scope of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.

Due to continued growth and an increase in work, the team is now looking to recruit an additional Solicitor to join the team in Manchester.  The ideal level will be 1-3 years' PQE in Health and Safety law - with candidates from both a prosecution and defence background equally encouraged.  You will have experience advising on a broad range of Health and Safety matters, but eager to push your experience to the next level to keep developing and progressing.

As well as being confident technically, you should have exceptional client service standards and be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients across a range of sectors from day one.  The chosen candidate will also be eager to work closely as part of a team and thrive on a busy and energetic working environment.
