Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer

York

Think Legal are working alongside a long standing York law firm who are looking to add an experienced commercial property lawyer to their growing team.

The department is incredibly busy due a great reputation in the York region but with the team having to turn work away as a result.

There is the opportunity and scope here to really progress with two of the senior solicitors in the practice looking to wind down in the coming years.

The firm is going through a period of rebranding and modernisation with significant, exciting changes on the horizon, whilst keeping to the roots that have kept clients coming back to them year on year, and recommending them to others.

The work in the department will be a broad caseload of commercial property work. Day to day you will be dealing with sales and acquisitions of commercial property, landlord and tenant including asset management and commercial and residential development work. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE carrying their own caseload in a commercial property team. 

The firm is a lovely place to work, there is a low turnover of staff and everyone is looked after and the teams are close knit.
