Employment Paralegal

Think Legal recruitment are working with a boutique law firm who are looking for an experienced employment paralegal to join their team and work closely with the Partner and Head of Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new entrant to the Leeds market who already have a great reputation from their other offices across the North.
The role will be to assist the Partner and carry your own broad caseload of employment law related matters. From respondent work acting for organisations to representing HNW and executive level claimants on various contentious matters. The work is a mix of advisory and contentious work, and no two days are the same.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6-12 months experience in an employment paralegal role and be keen to develop and grow their experience in employment law.
As a new firm in the city this is a great chance to really be seen and get properly involved in excellent quality work from the start and have the opportunity to shine and realise your potential.
