Think Legal Recruitment are working with a highly-regarded multi-service commercial law firm in South Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to head up their small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer already at Director/Partner level, or a Senior/Managing Associate looking to take that next step up.

The firm have a great reputation in the Yorkshire market and punch above their weight. The work is excellent quality and comparable to some of the larger national practices but with a far better culture where there is a true work/life balance and where it is actively encouraged.

There is an existing caseload here and a lot of the work that comes in is respondent based passed on through both word of mouth and reputation as well as from the incredibly busy corporate and commercial team here.

It is a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters with the focus on acting for respondent businesses but also acting for exec level employees on the claimant side.

There is a blank canvas here too to work from and you will have full autonomy to grow the department in your own image, ably assisted by a bright and hardworking junior-mid level solicitor and an assistant.
