The role involves assisting with a mixture of M&A, Private Equity work along with Corporate reorganisations and wherever the transaction allows, undertaking the lead on drafting/marking up the key transaction documents and the associated negotiation thereof under the supervision of a partner.  The ideal candidate will have 3 years plus post qualifiying experience in M&A and Private Equity, be adept at working to challenging timescales from colleagues and clients, have great attention to detail and be an excellent team player.
