Corporate Senior Associate - Manchester

We are recruiting a Corporate Senior Associate role for a highly regarded national commercial firm in Manchester.

This well known solid national firm has longevity in the North West, and an excellent client base. Work ranges from mergers & acquisitions, to management buy-outs and buy-ins, trade sales and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations - providing excellent variety.  Equally, clients include small and medium sized businesses, public and private companies, LLP's, public sector bodies, partnerships and individuals.

The corporate team are continuing to do extremely well and looking now for a Corporate Senior Associate to join the Manchester office.  The team is well structured but eager for a strong technical lawyer to sit in between existing partners and juniors. Ideally someone with around 5-10 years' PQE, to able to lead on transactions and help supervise juniors in the team. You will be able to build relationships directly with clients and take an active role in business development.

The firm can offer a great level of responsibility and deal exposure, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the lead partners.  Long term prospects and progression opportunity is also excellent.
