Corporate Paralegal

This regional firm in Manchester has an opening for a paralegal to support the corporate team.  Relevant transactional experience is important for the role.

This firm is well known in the Manchester market.  They have a sold reputation and excellent corporate team, offering a busy and energetic environment for a paralegal to gain experience in.  

You will work in a corporate team with an excellent reputation, and have a busy and broad role.  The team mainly handles corporate M&A transactions, and needs someone to help support the fee earners.  The key is attitude, as they need someone who is proactive, can work well in a team and eager to roll their sleeves up to ensure client work is serviced to the highest standard.
