Commercial Property Solicitor – South Manchester

We have an opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a regional law firm in their South Manchester office.

The firm has developed an excellent reputation in the local area, establishing strong connections and developing a consistent pipeline of work. The property team are now looking to recruit an additional commercial property solicitor to take the lead with this incoming stream of commercial property work. 

The team is headed up by an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor, focused on providing a high quality and tailored experience for clients. This incoming commercial property solicitor will work closely with the head of department to grow the offering, as well as running a caseload of matters. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with networking and business development.
