Commercial Property Paralegal – Manchester City Centre
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to join a leading boutique North West law firm in Manchester City Centre.
The role will involve working closely with the partner in the team and will benefit from one on one mentoring and support. The team are keen for this commercial property paralegal to take an active role within the department and responsibilities will include:
Prior experience working within commercial property law will be beneficial for this role, although not essential. A background in residential conveyancing will also be considered. An interest in this sector and a willingness to learn is essential.
The firm also offers flexible working, excellent training and mentoring and a supportive working environment, learning from leading and knowledgeable individuals in this area of law. Future training contract opportunities are also available.

• Dealing with day to day enquiries for clients.
• Reviewing and drafting documents including title documents and reports on title.
• Preparing and submitting HM Land Registry applications.
• Often being the first point of contact for clients.
• Post completion matters.
