Commercial Contracts 6+ PQE - Junior Partner

We are working with a solid regional commercial firm, with long established roots in the North West.  The firm is profitable, and the management team are investing significantly in commercial areas.  With an excellent brand and strong culture, the key with this hire is finding the right fit and an individual who is keen to lead the commercial offering.

This is a well known regional firm with an excellent brand in the local market.  The commercial work spans to general commercial and IP work.  This tends to flow from the corporate team, who have have an excellent client base in the local North West. There is an opportunity for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer, to come in and drive forward the commercial work already available.  A degree of self-sufficiency is needed, as you will work closely with corporate partners and wider Partners in the firm, but be an expert and go-to in commercial work.  

As a senior person on the ground in commercial contracts, you should have a breadth of experience and confidence in working on a broad range of agreements.  The firm is open to a confident Senior Associate looking to make their mark and step up, or someone already looking for Partnership.  There is an excellent opportunity to influence the direction of the team going forward, which means quick progression for someone eager to impress.
