Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Think Legal recruitment are interested in speaking with claimant Clinical Negligence lawyers in West Yorkshire considering their next career move.
We are working with a long standing practice who have a small, but successful clinical negligence team who are looking to grow the department out of their Barnsley office.
The idea candidate will be a solicitor with solid experience in claimant clinical negligence work and will be comfortable carrying a broad caseload of around circa 50 claimant cases.
The team deal with a real range of matters from straight forward lower value claims to complex multi-million pound cases such as birth injury matters and death caused by negligence.
The right candidate should have a track record of billing in excess of £200k annually and there is a generous bonus on offer for those who exceed this with an annual profit share of 25% of all fees billed and recovered over £200k. This can equate to a bonus of between £25k-£50k depending on department performance and billing.
The salary for this role is £42,500 plus the bonus discussed above and benefits.
