Paul's focus is on transactional roles in the North West, specifically, corporate, commercial and Banking. His spare time is taken up doing Crossfit as well as coaching and MC'ing at Crossfit & Fitness events.

Lucy is an Associate Director at Think Legal Recruitment. She is originally from Leeds and moved to Manchester in 2009 to complete an LLB in Law. Lucy’s career path took her away from Law, spending a couple of years as a recruitment consultant in a different field, eventually moving into legal recruitment in 2015, where she has been ever since. Lucy is known for her relationship building and has developed an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates across the legal market, delivering an honest and knowledgeable approach. She has also worked with many leading firms in the North West. Outside of work Lucy is passionate about nutrition and fitness and is usually found swotting up on the latest knowledge.

Outside of work Adam enjoys cycling and spending time with his family. He is also a keen cook and co-owns a street food business with his wife.

Outside work, Louisa is a keen runner and spends the rest of her time supporting her two young boys on the tennis court.
